How do I edit or delete a product or service description on my invoices?

You can go to the Invoices menu and select Invoices, animalfriendly. I'll walk you through this process below.

To edit or delete a product or service description on your invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), follow these steps:

1. Log in to your QBSE account.
2. Click on the Invoices section from the left-hand menu.
3. Find the invoice containing the product or service description you want to modify. Hit on the View/Edit link to open.
   
   
    
4. Once the invoice is open, click on the Three dots icon on the right side of the product/service item. Press on the Edit saved item.
   
   
    
5. You'll see the name, description, and item price of the product/service included in the invoice. To edit a description, click on the Description text, make the necessary changes, and hit Save.
6. If you want to delete a product or service, there should be a delete option next to each line item. Click the Trash icon to remove the product or service from the invoice.
7. After completing all necessary edits or deletions, review the invoice to ensure everything is accurate.
8. Finally, click the Email or Save button to apply the changes.
   
   

Additionally, you can manually track sales tax in your QBSE after completing a sale, as it does not automatically calculate sales tax.
