How do I get approved to start receiving online payments?

I have sent in the request to start processing payments online. It keeps denying my request but will not tell me how to be able to correct it. Is there anyway I can resolve this so I can start taking payments online?

  • Industries that are considered high-risk merchants (e.g., gambling, banking, or virtual currencies)
  • Credit history of the QuickBooks Payments primary account owner

 

Additionally, if you have more questions about why your payment is declined, you can reach out to our Payments support team so that they can investigate the reason your application was denied.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in with your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. In the upper right corner, click on the (?) Help icon.
  3. Select Search, then click Contact Us.
  4. Write your issue or concern and click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with them.
