How do I make my monthly payment to Intuit?

Hi there, userjerryalen61. I recognize the importance of ensuring that your monthly payment for your QuickBooks Online subscription is made in a timely and efficient manner. Managing your subscription payments is essential for uninterrupted access to the features and benefits.

Keep in mind that the system is designed to automatically process your monthly payment based on the billing information you provided when signing up. This automated process ensures that as long as your payment method and billing details are updated, you won't need to initiate the payment each month manually.

By ensuring that your payment information is current and accurate, you can enjoy the convenience of automatic renewal for your QuickBooks Online subscription. You can follow these steps to check or update the payment details:

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click on the Gear ⚙ icon, then Subscriptions and billing.
  3. Go to Payment method and select Edit ✎. Here, you can:
    • Update your credit card expiration, billing address, or account name.
    • Add a new payment method for QuickBooks Online billing.
    • Switch QuickBooks Online billing to a payment method used before.
  4. Once you save your changes, you can view the payment method on the Subscriptions and billing page.

For more details on managing billing, payment, and subscription info, you can check out this link: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.

Otherwise, if you signed up for QuickBooks Online through Apple Store or Google Play, the payment process may differ.

If you still need help or have other concerns regarding billing and subscriptions, please leave them in the comment section below, userjerryalen61. I'll always be here to assist.
