By saying "over the phone," do you mean you're accepting customer payments through calls? If so, please know that this is currently unavailable.
However, you can activate QuickBooks Payments and then send an invoice to your customer with a 'Pay Now' link.
Here's how to activate:
- Navigate to the Invoice and then scroll down to the Ways to Pay section.
- Click Activate Payments.
- Enter your business and bank information as prompted to apply for a merchant account.
- Once approved, you can start accepting payments via credit/debit cards or bank transfers.
Once done, you can create an invoice and set up credit card payment as a payment method for your customers' transactions.
