For a first-time user, payment reviews and the initial deposit may take up to five business days while your account is being set up and verified. Once that initial setup is complete, your future customer payments will typically deposit much faster.
You can verify the expected delivery timeframe for your funds by checking your deposit speed settings. Here's how:
- On your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, go to the Gear icon at the top and choose Account and settings.
- In the left menu, select the Payments tab.
- Under the Deposit Speed section, view how quickly your payments will be deposited.
