If you're new to QuickBooks Payments, your first set of payments will take about five business days to arrive due to the time needed to set up your account. Once everything is ready, fund deposits will be much faster.
Also, most credit card, PayPal, Venmo, and ACH payments processed today will be deposited in a bank account the next day. If you process payments before 3 PM PT, we'll deposit them in your bank account the next business day. Payment transactions processed after 3 PM PT will be deposited in two business days. You can go to the Merchant Service Center to check the status of your payment transactions.
If there's an issue with a payment, it won't show up in a daily deposit, but you'll receive a message from Intuit regarding this. If you don't see any messages, check your email settings.
Then, after verifying the payment status and confirming that we have deposited the payments, your money is on its way. However, please note that some banks hold onto funds for further checking or verification after we deposit them. If this happens, contact your financial institution for assistance.
