How long will it take to get my deposit from a invoice

Funds will be deposited depending on the payment method used by your customers, Rene. Let me discuss this further.

QuickBooks Payments deposits funds within 5 business days after your initial payment. The first few deposits may take longer as your merchant account is set up; however, payments are typically deposited within 2 business days.

If you process payments before 3 pm PT, you should receive them in your bank account within two business days. Otherwise, we will start the deposit on the following business day.

Here's how to check your deposit speed in QBO:

  1. Go to Settings and select Account and settings.
  2. Select the Payments tab.
  3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

For detailed information, you can refer to this article: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments

If it has been more than 5 business days without receiving your deposit, here's how you can check the status and verify whether it has been funded successfully or is being withheld:

  1. Log in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. On the homepage, go to Activities & Reports and select Deposits.
  3. Enter the date range in the Dates field, then click Search.

Moreover, if the status of your deposit is on hold, please check your email for instructions on managing withheld funds, or contact Payments Support.

Additionally, you can check this helpful resource and learn how to void or refund payments processed in QBO: Void or refund customer payments in QuickBooks Online
