My client is using Square and the sales receipts is currently coming in as two sales receipts for the entire day - one for credit cards payments and the other is cash. Everything is great there.
However, some of her clients are paying with Venmo and Cash App and it's treated as cash. Whenever my client does a cash deposit (minus any payments received through Venmo and Cash App), I have to copy the cash sales receipt, remove the items that was paid in hard cash, and save it. After that, I have to go the original cash sales receipt and remove the payments made with Venmo and Cash App.
This is easier for my client to match her deposits with the cash sales receipts.
Is there a way to setup QuickBooks where we received three sales receipts: (1) Hard Cash, (2) Credit Cards, (3) Custom (Cash-app and Venmo)? I want to avoid manipulating the sales receipts.
Thank you!

Thank you for dropping by here in the Community, @fcharlie125. I'll take care of your query about categorizing sales receipts from Square.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) receives these synced transactions from Square as is. Any type of categorization is unavailable. What you can do is delete these transactions. After that, manually recreate them in QBO.
I can understand how this feature would be beneficial to both you and other businesses. In the meantime, keep up with QuickBooks news and developments by visiting our blog. The QuickBooks Online Blog can be found here for your convenience.
