How to dispute a transaction?

Hi there, @IBrowne.

Before anything else, I'd like to ask for further details about your goal for today? Could you please specify what type of transaction are you disputing? This way, we'll be on the same page. Also, we'll be able to look into that matter further and give you the best answer to it.

Looking forward to your response. We're always available for assistance at any time of the day. Keep safe!

Thank you for joining this thread, Destinyls.

Do you need to dispute a transaction or your TurboTax account? Either way, you'll want to use the Transaction Dispute form.

Once done, please contact our TurboTax Community or Support Team for further assistance with the process. I've added this link for steps about getting in touch with them: How do I contact TurboTax?

Don't hesitate to create a new post here in the Community forum if you have other QuickBooks concerns. We're always open to helping you. Thank you and enjoy the rest of your day.

Hello there, empire! Thanks for getting in touch with us. Having you back in the Community space is greatly appreciated.

It's our goal to provide you with the assistance you need, empire. I'd be glad to get your funds reversed in QuickBooks Online. I'll demonstrate how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Payments account.
  2. Click Reverse a Transaction from the Processing Tools drop-down.
  3. Fill out the necessary fields and select Search.
  4. Choose the transaction you want to refund, then Submit.

For more detailed processes, feel free to visit this article: Void or refund transactions in QuickBooks Payments.

Moreover, check out this article to learn about payment processing fees: What are the fees for QuickBooks Payments?

Please drop by again if there is anything else you need to ask assistance for. We're always here to help you. Keep safe!
