It's great to hear you're having a new debit card, jb181. I’d be glad to help you integrate it into QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Before proceeding, can you please verify what debit card you'd like to connect to QuickBooks?
If your goal is to link your debit card account for downloading transactions into QBO, please follow these helpful steps:
- Go to Transactions on the left menu and select Link account.
- In the Connect your bank or credit card to bring in your transactions field, enter the URL listed for your bank.
- Sign in with your Login and Password details. Then, click Continue.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your account.
If you are looking to make a payment for your QBO subscription, you can easily use the Intuit Payment Wallet. Here’s how to do it:
- Sign in to QBO as a primary admin.
- Go to the Gear icon, then select the Subscriptions and Billing.
- Next to your payment method, click the Edit.
- Select Add new in the wallet listing.
From this view, you can:
- Update your payment method for QuickBooks Online billing (modify expiration date, billing address, or account holder name).
- Add a completely new payment method.
- Switch to a previously stored payment method if needed.
