Create a new chart of account as "Credit Card Bank ****657" under Bank Category with the option selection of "Credit Card". Once created, it will be appeared on the chart of account page where you can see the option "Bank Link" at the right side of each line items. When you choose the option " Bank Link" then QBO takes you to Bank Feed Portal where you are asked to feed Bank Name, Account Number, Credit Card selection and Netbanking password. That's it. QBO brings all banking data up-to-date when ever you refresh Credit Card Account.

From there, try connecting the new CC account to online banking. If you can successfully do so, let's eliminate your regular browser's excessive data build-up by clearing its cache and cookies. You can also utilize another supported browser if the problem persists.
Additionally, it's advisable to reconcile your accounts regularly to ensure you can detect and resolve possible discrepancies with your entries in QuickBooks.
