I cannot change a logo on my invoices I send to my customers, I have my own on my computer. Can anyone help to navigate me please?

I cannot change a logo on my invoices I send to my customers, I have my own on my computer. Can anyone help to navigate me please?

The process of changing the logo on your invoices varies depending on the software you are using to create and send them. I'm here to guide you through the process, rebecca. Rest assured, you can send your invoice with a new logo moving forward.

 

If you are using QuickBooks Self Employed, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Invoices.

     
  2. Click View/Edit.
  3. Click Customize.

     
  4. Hit Design and click the Logo.
  5. Locate the logo in your computer.
  6. Click the Email dropdown then hit Save.

 

After completing these steps, the logo will be applied to all of your invoices.

 

If you are using QuickBooks Online, please refer to this article on Add logos and follow the steps: Add, customize, or remove logos on sales forms.

 

If you’re still unable to upload the logo, open it using image editor software and save it as a .jpg file with a new name.
