I run B2C
I control QBO from another time zone and I need support email adress to solve my matter through email. Is there any support email?
I appreciate your time getting back to this thread, @mustafa-melikhan. Let me chime in and add some details about accepting payments through ITIN.
As mentioned by my colleague above, applying with ITIN to process payments is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. Also, we aren't able to provide a support email address.
As much as I want to look into this further, I'm unable to open and verify your account. That being said, I suggest contacting our representatives directly. They have advanced tools to review your account and provide alternatives to help you resolve your concern.
For detailed information, please see the steps provided by my colleague above. Otherwise, you can also check this article: Contact QBO support.

Where is your country? You may have a workaround to accept USD payments in US.
I did call the support line and the gal was nice but had no further info or any work around in the ITIN and Merchant account issue. It was a waste of my time. I was on hold for way to long while she was waiting to get answers. this is unfortunate for my client.
QuickBooks you need to update this information and don't tell to call if there isn't any hope to get a different solution or any optional work around with your Merchant Account rules.
If you run B2B, you can use ITIN to apply a 3rd party payment processor to integrate with QBO.
