I've got the steps for changing your account from annual to monthly, timothy.
Since you canceled your annual subscription, you must renew it as annual before you can switch to monthly billing.
The day you resubscribe, change your subscription to monthly so that QuickBooks will bill you accordingly.
To resubscribe, here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to Settings and choose Subscriptions and billing.
- Select Resubscribe and enter the updated billing info.
- Hit Subscribe.
To change from annual to monthly, here's how:
- Sign in to your QBO account as primary admin.
- Click Settings and select Subscriptions and billing.
- Choose Switch to monthly billing and select Switch.
- Select Done.
