I appreciate you for bringing this to our attention, @jdj6268-outlook-. Allow me to share the reason behind being unable to move your deposits from QuickBooks Payments to the Checking account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

I've utilized my resources and confirmed an ongoing investigation concerning this issue. Rest assured that our engineers are working diligently to provide a fix as soon as possible.

In the meantime, I recommend reaching out to our customer support team to include you in the list of impacted users. Doing so enables you to receive email updates about the progress of the investigation.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Help and select Contact Us.
  2. Enter your concern and click Continue.
  3. Choose between Chat with us or Have us call you.

Furthermore, you may seamlessly modify the bank account where QuickBooks deposits payments every time you process credit card and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions. However, you can only put them into bank accounts based in the United States.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we're implementing ways to resolve this issue. Let me know in the comments below whenever you have follow-up questions about payment deposits. We're always available around the clock to answer your queries. Stay safe.
