I need help withj an On Hold deposit

i received a deposit 6 days ago and remains on hold? I have no way to find out what is happening

If you haven't received your deposit within 6 days, please check your email for an update on the status of your deposit.

 

Follow the steps provided in the email.

 

If there is no information available in the resolution center regarding your issue, I suggest reaching out to our Live Support team. They can securely access your account and investigate the status of the deposit.

 

Follow these steps to contact them:

 

  1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right corner.
  2. Navigate to the Search tab and enter your concern.
  3. Select Contact Us and choose your preferred method to connect with us.

 

Please note their support hours to ensure you connect with the appropriate expert at a time that is convenient for you.

I need help withj an On Hold deposit

Actually, @bethapadron, what you're not being told, and no one will admit to, is that QB will hold YOUR money for days, weeks, if not months on end, just to collect interest off of it. It's all very shady and dishonest.  

 

Don't believe me?  Use the search bar at the top of any page here in the community to find out just how many hundreds of QB customers have had their money held without any rhyme, reason, or permission.
