To help reactivate your account, you'll need to contact Merchant Services support, @Engel solutions. Also, it has been 2 years since it was blocked after the scam issue so there's a need for it to be checked internally by our team about it's status.
On top of that, you'll be able to request a three-way call to allow you to have someone who can interpret the conversation into Spanish. Here's how:
- From the upper right corner beside the Megaphone icon, click the (?) Help tab.

- Pick the Search option. Then, enter a brief description of your issue below and press Enter on your keyboard.

- Go to Contact Us underneath.

- Select how you want to be contacted. Either through a Chat or Callback.
