Here's how you can contact them:
1. On the top right corner of the dashboard, select (?) Help.
2. Type in your concern and press enter.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Select between Chat with us or Have us call you.
You can reach our support team Monday to Friday, between 6 AM and 6 PM Pacific Time, and on Saturday, from 6 AM to 3 PM Pacific Time.
