IPN transactions don't deposit automatically

My IPN payments, though matched to the correct invoices don't show as Recorded in the Merchant Service Deposits window, show an error if I try to manually match and aren't being deposited within QB -- though they are in the bank.

 

When I open Merchant Service Deposits window I will see X number of Add Payments to Record.  Clicking on Add only shows an error; however, on digging deeper all of the IPN payments have been matched the appropriate invoice and they show up as deposited in my bank.  The problem is none of the transactions are being deposited in QB, forcing me to go through each transaction by hand to deposit on the correct day and, having to do this in conjunction with my online bank statement to confirm that deposits are grouped appropriately.  This all worked flawlessly until recently.

 

I'm running QB Pro 2019 and updated ~2 days ago.  I can't find a current version number.

You'll want to review how your IPN transactions sync in QuickBooks. Thus, I suggest contacting your IPN support so they can check the settings for transactions to deposit automatically.

 

If the settings are correct the issue persists, you'll want to reach out to our Merchant Support for further investigation. To get you to our QuickBooks Payment Support, please go to this link. Then follow the steps under QuickBooks Online with Payments & Merchant Service Center.
