Engaging in Security Metrics to streamline your PCI compliance process is a valuable resource, @vttreas.

Please be informed that the email aims to educate merchants about PCI compliance standards, provide resources for obtaining security and compliance services, and highlight Intuit's partnership with Security Metrics.

All US customers will receive an email about PCI Compliance and how to become compliant.

If you are already compliant, you may disregard the email and are not required to provide proof. Currently, there is no option to opt out of these notifications.

You can learn more about this by checking out these articles:

Additionally, you may want to review the IRS requirements for merchant processing concerning payment card and third-party network transactions: Tax Compliance for Credit Card Accounts

Feel free to reach out if you have further inquiries or need clarification regarding PCI compliance. We look forward to a successful working relationship in the future.

@vttreas  You can contact them and tell them to stop contacting you, or you'll file harassment charges. If they still continue to contact you, file a complaint, file charges, whatever it takes.

They are bullies!! They only care about scare tactics to get business.  They are located in Utah.  You can file complaints with the State Attorney generals office. That will definitely get their attention.

Just whatever you do, do NOT give them your business.

Good luck.
