In the meantime, let's clear your app's cache. By doing so, the app refreshes its data, which can resolve crashes, slow performance, or display errors. Here's how to do it on your iPhone:
- Go to Settings, then tap General.
- Tap iPhone Storage, then select the QuickBooks Online app.
- Tap Offload App. This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.
If that doesn't work, you can also reinstall the app to see if that solves the problem.
