Is there a keyboard shortcut to select the payment type when receiving a customer payment in QuickBooks Desktop?

Having a keyboard shortcut when receiving payments from a customer is currently unavailable in QBDT.

Here's how:

1. Open your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) company.
2. Look for the Help option.
3. Select the Send Feedback Online option.
4. Choose the Product Suggestion option. A pop-up window displays.
5. Enter a summary of your concern.
6. Once done, hit the Send Feedback button.

Alternatively, you can also receive and process customer payments for invoices and in-person sales in QuickBooks Desktop via QuickBooks Payments.

No. When Intuit replaced the simple pick list with the ridiculous and unintuitive set of buttons to select the payment type a few years back, they did away with any shortcuts for them as well.
