Is this a quickbook subscription payment fees?

Hello there, ramkaji1999-gmai.

Let me provide some information about the fees entered in your refund receipt.

The Etsy-QBO Payment fees showing in the entry is not a subscription charge. Instead, it’s a transaction fee.

I also recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Care (QBO) Care Team. They can explain in detail about the fee and help trace where it’s coming from.

To reach them:

  1. Click the Help icon at the top to open the QB Assistant window.
  2. In the Assistant tab, enter the issue/topic in the field box. For example, charge or fees concerns (Etsy).
  3. Press the Get help from a human link and follow the on-screen steps to complete the process.
  4. From the support options, choose Chat or Callback.

For future reference, let me share the following article: Import transactions from your Etsy shop into QuickBooks Online.

This write-up contains answers to common questions about the sync with Etsy app. From there, you’ll learn how the app categorizes transactions in QuickBooks and what accounts are used to track transactions to name a few.

Feel free to leave a comment below if you have additional questions about fees and subscription-related concerns. I’m always ready to answer them for you. Wishing you and your business continued success.
