Issues with Quickbooks Online Payments

My QuickBooks online credit card payment system seems to be glitching out. Clients are paying the invoice online via CC and the payment is not processed and going through. They don't receive a receipt or anything. It will work after several attempts sometimes. Can you advise if there have been any outages or issues with this? Apparently, its been happening on and off since November and has just been brought to our attention.
