Manual payments not going through-- voided due to Intuit risk check

Every time I try to take payment over the phone with a customer, the payment does not go through. I check my transaction history and it shows approved -- voided by intuit risk check. This has happened several times when I enter the card number manually and process the card. 

Not every customer wants to pay through email / text.

Let me help and provide information for you to resolve the payments that are not going through in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

To begin with, I suggest contacting your financial institution or bank to approve the transaction or enable the processing of payments with Intuit. However, if it's already approved and it's still not working, I suggest contacting our support team again to further check and investigate what's causing this problem and guide you on a possible fix.

 

Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
  3. Type in your issue or concern in the field.
  4. Hit Continue.
  5. Click the Chat or Callback option.
