Merchant account closed with payments on hold for unknown reason!

My merchant account has been closed unexpectedly and I have client payments that were already paid but not deposited to me! 

I have now read countless issues of people in the same position as me, and no one seems to be able to help. I have a large payment on hold in my account since last week, even after providing the requested bank statements. Only to log in a few days later, and see my payment deposit is on hold and marked as 'EXPIRED' . I am told my phone representatives that my merchant account has been closed for an unknown 'business decision'. This is awful. I feel I have just been ROBBED and will never see that money I worked so hard to receive. Truly horrible service. I am praying  someone can resolve this for me.

Update: I managed to hear back from someone at the office of the president who was very helpful and reviewed and reopened my merchant account. He agreed there was no good reason for my account to have been closed and my funds held indefinitely, and will be following up with the risk management team who flags such cases. I hope no one has to experience this again in the future and am so thankful it was resolved quickly by senior level support.

I am on the line with the risk team, and I hold me now for an hour. I am trying to wait for her, and hoping she can resolve for it.
