Merchant payment on hold and cannot reach anyone URGENT
I am in urgent need to resolve a payments issue. Been processing with merchant services for many years with out issue. Last week I clicked instant deposit, which in turn put the two deposits on hold. I am able to process other payments without issue, but those two are still withheld. I've talked to so many people and just cannot get any resolve. Call wait times are over an hour. I was told they were under review and would take 24-48 hours. It's been six days. I changed nothing related to banking, just clicked instant deposit. How do I get this resolved when I cannot reach a manager or anyone who will fix this? It's $28K that our customer paid us and we cannot get the funds.

I k now it's been about 2 weeks since you posted your question, but I just wanted to mention that if nothing has been resolved, try taking your issue/ question to the QB Facebook page, if you have FB. A lot of times they will respond quicker, and with a real answer, instead of ignoring you, or copy/ pasting some nonsense.
