Mobile check deposits haven't worked for months.

I understand the importance of resolving this matter promptly.

 

To isolate your issue, I recommend reaching out to our Payments team. They have the specialized tools and expertise needed to identify the root cause and deliver an effective solution.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online mobile app.
  2. Tap the Menu icon.
  3. Select the Help & Feedback or Help (?) option.
  4. Hit the Contact Us button.
  5. Choose between Chat with us or Have us call you.

 

Also, please note that they're available from Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time, and on Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PT.
