My card reader I ordered won’t take a charge anymore is there a way to return it and get a new one?

To receive a card reader replacement, we recommend contacting our Customer Care Team, and they'll get your full details in a secure environment and process the delivery of the replacement product right away. We'll input the steps so you can start processing:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select or type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose Start a chat with a support expert.
