You can send customer invoices to multiple email addresses separated by a comma, Anne.
In QuickBooks Online, you may utilize the Cc (carbon copy) or Bcc (blind carbon copy) fields to enter your client’s email addresses separated by a comma and space. Please take note that there is a 100-character limit in the email address field.
Also, you can enter the default email addresses. Doing so will help you avoid entering the same email addresses each time you create a sales form.
- Navigate to the Gear icon and choose Account and Settings.
- From the Sales tab, go to Messages.
- Click Edit ✎ and enter the default email addresses in the Cc or Bcc field.
- Then, select Save.
