Buy nowQuickBooks will deposit your first payment longer while we set up your merchant account, Shane. Let me provide you with more details below.
After setting up your merchant account, credit card payments will typically be deposited within two business days, depending on your bank. Additionally, if there is a payment issue, QuickBooks will notify you via email.
You can also verify the payment status by checking your merchant account in QuickBooks to confirm that the funds have been deposited.
Additionally, you might want to check the deposit speed for your product in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Here's how:

Actually, @shanethomasmasters What you're not being told is that QB will "hold" you r money so that they can collect interest off of it. They can and will hold it for days, if not weeks on end. It's all very dishonest and sketchy.
I'm convinced that they keep doing it because no one is making them stop. Not enough people are complaining about it. I suggest filing complaints to BBB, FTC, your states Attorney General. Everywhere and anywhere you can think of. If enough complaints get filed, eventually they will have to stop taking their own customers money.
Good luck.
