To get started, let's try logging in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser. This way, we can check if it's a browser data issue.
Here's how:
• Command + Shift + N (Safari)
• Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome)
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)
Once logged in, go back and try to reconnect your credit card account again to double-check.
If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh.
If they get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.
Once you've determined the transactions, you can go back to the Banking page and categorize the transactions that weren't added or matched yet to your register.
