My QuickBooks card is not accepting payments or working

If your physical QuickBooks debit card is not functioning, we recommend contacting either Green Dot or the QuickBooks Payment Support Team. They have the resources to verify your account securely and can provide detailed information about why the card is not working.

 

However, if you're referring to a QuickBooks card reader and it's not letting you accept payments from your customers, we can update your app to ensure compatibility:

 

To download and install (OS) updates on an:

 

For an Apple device

  1. Launch your App Store, then select Updates.
  2. Select Settings, then General.
  3. Tap Software Update.

 

For an Android device

  1. Select Settings, then About device.
  2. Tap Update, then Check for Updates.
