A payment made via QBO online bill pay is processed by Melio.  What department monitors Melio?  Which department can give customer service on these issues?

To help us get on the same page, can you give more details about your concern? What specific problem have you encountered by processing a payment made by QuickBooks Online Bill Pay that Melio processes? This way, I can provide you with an accurate resolution.

 

Otherwise, you can contact the Melio customer support team for further assistance. 

 

Since Melio is a third-party application, I'd recommend contacting them for further assistance. This way, they can verify why they can't recognize your vendor's address.

 

You can search for the Melio app from the App Center and get their contact details. Let me guide you on how:

 

  1. Go to Apps in the left pane.
  2. Click Finds Apps.
  3. Type a keyword in the Search for an app field.
  4. Under Contact, choose either a phone number or email address.

 

The Community space is still open for you. So, if you have questions about your bills and payments in QuickBooks, let us know, and we'll be here to help.

Dear fellow QBO customers,

 

BEWARE OF QBO ONLINE PAYMENTS! These are processed via a third party and QBO will NOT provide customer service.  Not only does QBO not provide customer service, most of the QBO customer service agents do not even know how this works.

 

These are processed via Melio. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!  They do not answer their telephone for customer service and they do not respond to e-mails.

 

If you send a payment, it may be lost and QBO will NOT assist.  It is difficult to impossible to reach Melio.

 

Recently, they lost a payment over $100k.  I am still dealing with this!

You may consider this workaround. Sign up for a separate Melio account for free and try paying any bill of $200 or more with that account. Then contact their CS team once your payment is complete to complain about your problem. Based on our experience with clients, their CS teams are more responsive to stand-alone accounts.

If you want to grab their attention immediately, pay your first bill with a credit card. Their team will contact you via email to confirm your cashback. This would be a good opportunity to find out their direct email address to raise your concerns.
