I appreciate you taking the time to visit the Community. I can show you how to cancel the online payments feature for your customers.


You can choose to remove the online payment options from invoices. These steps will show you how to get this done:


1. Click the Create icon (+) in the top right corner.

2. Select Invoice.

3. Enter all of the necessary data and remove the checks in the boxes beside of Cards and Bank transfers.

4. You can then choose to print the invoice, Save and send, or Save and new.


Additionally, if you'd like to completely cancel your Merchant Services subscription, you'd need to complete a written cancellation request. You can find the necessary information here:
