payment history stored online

Let me share some information about payment history in QuickBooks Payments, @kenmat.

In your Intuit QuickBooks Payment account, payment history can be stored, and search transactions for six months for the last 12 months using your Online Service Center.

To check for the transaction or payment information, you can follow the steps below: 

1. Log in to the Merchant Service Center.
2. From the Activity & Reports menu, choose Transactions.
3. The Basic Search will be selected by default, which searches by date and payment type (credit card or check).
4. You can also choose the Show advanced options.
5. Click Search.
6. Select the Transaction ID to display a detailed view of a transaction or payment.
