I'll share some information about our payment processing services for QuickBooks Online (QBO), Wxmiked.
To be eligible for a QuickBooks Payments account, you must meet certain criteria, undergo a credit check, and have your application approved. Some reasons for rejection include the types of products or services you sell, being in a high-risk industry, and the credit history of the primary account owner of QuickBooks Payments.
I suggest contacting our Payment Support Team for further information about the eligibility for the application. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and verify what's causing this issue.
Here's how to reach them:
- Go to Help (?) at the top right.
- Select or type Contact Us.
- Choose a way to connect with us:
- Get a callback from the next available expert.
- Start a chat with a support expert.
