I'll share some information about our payment processing services for QuickBooks Online (QBO), Wxmiked.

 

To be eligible for a QuickBooks Payments account, you must meet certain criteria, undergo a credit check, and have your application approved. Some reasons for rejection include the types of products or services you sell, being in a high-risk industry, and the credit history of the primary account owner of QuickBooks Payments.

 

I suggest contacting our Payment Support Team for further information about the eligibility for the application. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and verify what's causing this issue.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Go to Help (?) at the top right.
  2. Select or type Contact Us.
  3. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.
    • Start a chat with a support expert.

 

As a workaround, you can use a third-party app to send invoices directly to your customers if you're not eligible. These platforms support various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.
