I have had two issues now which put holds on my businesses deposits. The first was an unannounced hold which began on a weekend (when Quickbooks support is unavailable) and needed their collections department to realease. After 4 days and 6 calls and chats with support collections finally called and released the hold. The next morning a new hold appeared and began week two of not having access to my funds and calls to support everyday. It was explained that this looked to be an error and a case was submitted to their operations team. It's now been 4 days of this, deposits are still on hold and I've spent roughly 14 hours on with support and of course everything is supposed to be 24-48 hours (Quickbooks SLA) to fix. Has anyone else experienced this? What can I do to solve the problem and speak to anyone at Intuit that can actually help? I can't pay my bills or employees at this point. I've funded my business with personal funds for over two weeks.
