Dear All,
I purchased QB Desktop Plus Pro a month a go and started encoding and importing all the data. However, I got to learn few days back that the payment did not push thru thus my account is now suspended. I can also confirm that payment was not deducted on my account.
Now, since the resubcribe option is not working for me and I can no longer use the installed software - I am left but buying the product again online. However, I am stuck at the US and Canada country choices (I am based in the UAE), and I believe this could hinder the process of purchasing again/
Can someone please help me on how to push thru on getting license and the payment done?

If your company is located UAE, you don't need to purchase QBD Plus. Consider to purchase QBD 2021 US Pro with a one time license instead. Contact us in private and we may help provide the license and the activation code.
