how do i add venmo, paypal, applepay, etc. as acceptable forms of payment to QB POS

Hi there, @teaguemoulding

 

To process and take payments through Point of Sale (POS), you'll have to connect your POS system to QuickBooks Payments. Here's how to do it:

 

  1. On your point of sale system, go to the File menu and select Setup Interview.
  2. Select the Payments tab.
  3. In the Would you like to accept credit and debit cards? section, select Yes.
  4. Select Sign in and enter your QuickBooks Payments info.
  5. In the Payments Preferences section, select Edit settings.
  6. Select the Accept debit/ATM card payments checkbox. 
  7. If you want to allow tips, select Allow my customer to include tips on credit card payments.
  8. Review the other settings options.
  9. Select Done.
