quickbook hold my funds

QuickBooks has had our payment on Hold for over 6+ weeks. They first said five days since it's our first payment. Then, they requested additional information that would take two days to review. I sent all the requested documents, and then they asked for further documents that I sent, and they said it would take two days for review. After five days, I called them several days every two days, and they said they would send us an email or call me for a final update, which I have yet to receive. When I called them, they said they would close my account, but they couldn't know the reason, and my payment was still on hold. They said they could hold as long as they liked without explanation." that's what their supervisor told me after putting me on hold for 45 minutes."

 

Since that time, I called them. Every few days, and each time, a new excuse. I asked to call the customer, and he asked for a dispute transaction and their bank back and said the payment had been completed and there was no way to do a dispute transaction; when I explained to QuickBooks, again they said they would open the case and review it and again and again two business days call or email that I never received, last thing they said I should wait 90 days then they will close the case. as I checked here, there are a lot of cases like mine, and it looks like QuickBooks does business and uses our payment, which is why they hold it without any reason.

Holding that big amount impacts my business on one hand, and on the other hand, I lose my customers.

QB has been doing this to a TON of their customers.  You can use the search bar at the top of any page, here in the community, to find threads with the same issue.  QB has been doing this because they are collecting interest off of YOUR money.  The longer they "hold" your money, the more interest they collect.  It's all very dishonest and shady.  

It has happened so much so that there is talk of a class action lawsuit. You'll find the link to the Facebook page dedicated to this lawsuit, below.
