I started using Quickbooks Money app on my iPhone, I can view very limited details on the app regarding my payments, for example I have received about 6 payments on the app in the last month. They always come into the app and are available for me to use at either 9:20pm or 9:20am depending on the time of day the payment is made.
Today, I received a payment and it is well past the normal time funds are normally available and it simply says "Funds are processing and will release shortly." Now it always says this but I can't view any other information and there is no way to look at the info online because if I try to login to Quickbooks online it states, you need a Quickbooks Online account to do that.
I've come to guide you on how to view your payment details through the Money by QuickBooks app, @ticketsjunkyadmin. This way, you're able to verify the info you need and manage your transactions accordingly.
The QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Money by QuickBooks app are two different platforms and use separate accounts. The data from your Money by QuickBooks account are only accessible on the app. You'll have to link your bank to the Money by QuickBooks account so you can withdraw your funds. With this, I'd recommend contacting our Merchant Services Customer Care team. They can securely pull up your account and provide you the info you need regarding your payment transactions.

It’s extremely frustrating, confusing and unprofessional how this app is the only place it’s users can view payment info, it provides little to no information regarding payments and their details.
I called today and it definitely was the right number as the recording said, Thanks for calling Money by Quickbooks and then was on hold, when the agent picked up she didn’t know that we couldn’t see all the merchant information that you can on Quickbooks Online or Quickbooks Payment. So not only is it confusing and frustrating for the users of the app, the Quickbooks employees don’t know much if anything about the app. The development of this app is terrible and cannot be relied on for any pertinent information regarding payments received.
You guys have made it incredibly clear that Money by Quickbooks and Quickbooks online are two entirely different products and Money by Quickbooks information can only be seen in the app. I get it.
So why then when I call the support line and am asking them why I don’t have my funds yet, they are telling me I need to go online into my merchant account and deal with that. When I tell them over and over I have the money by quickbooks app and I cannot view my merchant services account. They have told me over snd over again that’s a login issue then.
This is not the kind of experience that we want you to have, ticketsjunkyadmin.

This whole experience has been a nightmare for me.
Your representatives do not understand or know that users of Money by Quickbooks cannot access the Merchant account or Quickbooks Payments or anything outside of the Money by Quickbooks Account, more than half of them are unaware of what Quickbooks Money is. Two representatives I spoke with of the 8 total I had to speak with over the course of the week actually proceeded to argue and yell at me telling me I was talking about Quickbooks Cash and if I didn't think I had access, I was wrong and it must be a login issue.
After being belittled and harrassed by your staff in various departments for not being informed when in actuality they were uninformed while trying to make a payment on my account that was being demanded of me before my funds could be released and now on Friday at 5 pm PST, I am told that my Merchant account has been closed by Quickbooks and I will need to refund my customer which obviously as we know I cannot do as I HAVE NO ACCESS to the Merchant Account. QUICKBOOKS has degraded my intelligence, wasted over 7 hours of my time while waiting on hold, speaking to different departments, being argued with about the existence of Money by Quickbooks and the functions I can or cannot access there and now after all of this egregious behavior to collect your cut of my funds I am told these funds won't actually be able to be processed. I haven't dealt with a company that has provided a more perfect scenario for a serious complaint to the Consumer Protection Bureau, the BBB, and the Federal Trade Commission. I will spend my unexpected free time this weekend due to your companies negligence and false promises of my funds being received by Friday to inform these and other third party agencies as well as consumers of my experience so this can be handled in a way that only the government, consumer reviews, and outside agencies can.
