Quickbooks payment

Hello,
I received and paid a QuickBooks invoice using the Pay Now button.
The transaction was processed, and my card statement shows the merchant name “Atlantic International Technology Inc.”
However, the seller says they did not receive the payment.
Can you please confirm the transaction details and whether this payment has been deposited to the seller’s account?

Transaction ID: (removed transaction ID)
Payment amount: 2400 dollars
Payment date: 10/30/2025
Invoice number: (removed invoice number)

Please give me an answer.

If the payment was made via credit card, it typically takes 1-2 business days to reach your bank. On the other hand, bank transfer (ACH) payments can take 2-7 business days to process. These time frames may vary based on factors such as the transaction type, the customer’s bank, or bank holidays, which could cause slight delays.
 

To get specific confirmation about this transaction, I recommend asking your seller to contact our Merchant Service Center directly. The Merchant Service team specializes in reviewing transactions and can provide the exact status, including whether the payment has been processed or if additional factors are causing delays.

We highly recommend that you reverify your payment with your seller, as they can confirm it on their end. They have access to the Merchant Service Center through their Merchant account. Just ensure that they have all the correct transaction details for it.

 

You can also request your seller to contact our Live Support team for QuickBooks Payments if your payment takes longer than usual to be received by your seller. Our Payments team can look into this matter and provide details about its status.

I recommend sharing the payment details with the seller so they can follow up with QuickBooks Payments support to confirm the payment status. Please note that payments sometimes take 1-2 business days to fully settle for credit cards or up to 7 days for ACH transfers.
