I have spent over 8 hours on the phone in the last three weeks attempting to get Intuit Payments to release over $15,000 in funds they are "witholding" from my bank. This is after 13 years and over $30,000,000 in payments processed. I am absoltuetely amazed and disgusted abour the treatment I have received. I have spoken to at least 7 people, different answers from each and every one of them. Have been assured at least 4 times that the issue has been resolved. No deposit of withheld funds. BS every single time. Today i was told by a person who sounded as if they were in the Phillipines that I will not be recieving my withheld funds, that my only solution was to call each and every customer and ask them to a) distupte their charges to me with their CC company b) wait for a refund c) then call me back so i can RECHARGE them.
Thi s may be the most idiitotic, non sensical bunch of nonsense I have heard in my long business career.
I believe this company is stealing my (our) money.
If anyone with Intuit is reading this please give me someone to talk to in the USA who can have a conversation that is not lunacy
