Quickbooks Payments

Hi there, @GRMIND.

To start with, may I know what specific issues you've got with your deposits? This way, I can gather enough details and share with you the right amount of information.

If the amounts aren't deposited into your account, then the payments might still be pending. Usually, credit card payment deposits take 1-2 business days. While bank transfer (ACH) deposits can take 2-7 business days.

However, the time to funding still varies depending on the time of day you enter transactions, which financial institution you choose for your transactions to be deposited in, and how long it takes your bank to verify and process electronic deposits.

You can use this article as your guide in checking for the status of your funds.

I would appreciate it if you could share more details about this issue. As always, please feel free to leave a comment below if you have any other questions. I'll be right here to help. Have a great day!

Thank you for your response.  I am new to the Quickbooks Payment product.  I am a new business owner which is a manufacturer.  I understand that new deposits take longer.  I had 2 invoices paid for approximately $9,500.  These payments happens on 10/23.  Received something right away saying that it could take up to 6 days.  On 10/29 I receive another email stating that I needed to upload bank statements and wait another 2 days.  I uploaded the statements that day.  I followed up today and was told I need to wait until tomorrow.  This seems ridiculous

This is not the experience we want you to have, GRMIND.

It will take 2 business days for us to review your account. Furthermore, we're unable to see the status of your account here in the Community. It's only our Payments team who will be able to provide updates.

Once the review is done, your payments will be released. Check this article to learn more: Why are my funds on hold?
