If you also use QuickBooks Online (QBO), archiving a team member only removes them from the team member list in QuickBooks Time, not from QBO's employee or contractor lists. You'll need to manage the employee through QBO Payroll.
To archive a team member in QB Time, follow the steps below:
- Go to My Team in QB Time.
- Click More options next to the team member's name.
- Choose Archive and then tap Confirm to complete the process.
