I want to make sure you're able to use the search bar in your QuickBooks Online account.
Sometimes if certain buttons or functions aren't visible or not operating correctly it can be because the browser cache is too full. The first troubleshooting method is to clear the cache to remove anything that's preventing the page from loading. Here's how to get this done in Chrome for example:
- At the top right, select the More ⋮ icon.
- Select Settings.
- Select Privacy and security.
- Select Cookies and other site data.
- Select See all cookies and site data.
- Type “intuit” in the search bar to find Intuit cookies.
- Select Remove all shown or the trash can icon.
- Restart Google Chrome for the changes to take effect.
