Case #[removed by moderator] - Deposit on hold

Trying to update the info. Quickbooks asks that I click on the due date, but there is no due date to click on.

To better understand your concern, can you provide more details about the information you've tried to update and the due date you're trying to click in QBO? You can also provide a screenshot for visual reference.

In the screenshot provided, the "what to do" section states that I need to click on the due date and upload the required information. I've searched for the due date everywhere I know of transactions, invoices, payments, and advanced settings.

If payment is ever on hold, you'll receive an email with detailed instructions on what additional information is needed to complete our review. This email provides the link to the Resolution Center. The Resolution Center is a new way for merchants to check the status of a transaction risk hold and upload documents that have been requested. 

 

In your case, I would suggest contacting our Merchant Support Team. They can help you with the due dates and guide you with the information you need to upload to QuickBooks. To reach them, follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Choose or type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's Talk.
  • Choose Start a Chat a way to connect with us:
