Hello, @JasonWolf. I can provide steps how to change this detail within customer information section QuickBooks Online.
You'll be able to change this Bill To section within invoice receipt by heading to the customer list.
Here's how:
- Go to Sales on the left navigation bar.
- Click the Customer tab, choose the customer name on the list.
- On the upper left click the Edit button.
- On the Customer information, fill in the Company name

4.Under Address section, you can delete this information if you don't them to appear in the Bill To section within invoice receipt.
5. Click Save once done.
