Custom Invoice Template

Invoices BILL TO: section Uses Job name, not 'Company Name' from job

Formerly "jobs", my Customers are their Company Name, not the Job name. The Job name indicates renewal dates and locations etc.

How do I fix this?   Can I create a REAL custom invoice, and toggle the 'Customer' field off?

Custom Invoice Template

Hello, @JasonWolf. I can provide steps how to change this detail within customer information section QuickBooks Online.

You'll be able to change this Bill To section within invoice receipt by heading to the customer list.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Sales on the left navigation bar.
  2. Click the Customer tab, choose the customer name on the list.
  3. On the upper left click the Edit button.
  4. On the Customer information, fill in the Company name
