Warm greetings, Dan. Let me share the report you can run to show which customers have paid for their purchased products.
Currently, there's no direct report to run payments by product/service summary. As a workaround, we can customize the sales by product/service detail to achieve your desired outcome.
To customize report:
- Hover to Reports, then type in Sales by Product/Service Detail report.
- Click Customize, then press Change columns.
- Tick the A/R Paid to know which are paid and not.
- Now, click the Filter, then tap the Transaction Type dropdown.
- Tick the Invoice and hit Run report.
